Approach

pic_typorgaphyMy approach is solely for children going through the 4+ plus assessments which start from October the year before entry to January the year of entry.

  • I work with your child to help them prepare for the specific schools they are applying to.
  • I do activities specific to your child that will improve them to be an all rounder.
  • I work with parents to ensure you have picked the right school for your child.

One thing I will never do is guarantee your child will get a place at a specific school. There is no quick fix and my approach is my help, together with the parents help. I will work on all areas that I believe the schools are looking for and I will also give activities to parents to carry out with their children. The more you can do with your child, the greater the chance of achieving a place. It is also important to understand that one school may be right for one child, and the same school might be wrong for another child. It is all about finding the right school for your child.

Your child’s happiness always come first

I want your child to be happy and to learn at the same time. If you are not sure whether your child will fit with my approach, you can bring them for a free consultation to meet me and see how they get on with my approach.

How I work

All my sessions are one on one sessions with your child

I believe that your child needs to be nurtured and I would rather work with a smaller number of children rather than offer group sessions which I feel are not always beneficial. I like to work one on one with your child to see which areas they are strong in, and which areas they need help with. As a mother who has come through the 4+ plus assessments, I know what areas the schools are looking for, and I will work with you to try and help your child to perform better in those areas when they have their assessments with the private schools.
